RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At HeauxVibe, we appreciate our customers’ support and want to provide a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By law, any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely non-returnable. This protects you and our customers. We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. The only way a return will be accepted is due to manufacturers defect. Upon returning said product it MUST be returned in new condition, in original packaging with tags still intact, and within 14 days of purchase date. We do not allow exchanges as well, unless unworn and in original packaging. It is your responsibility to double check your order for size and color before submitting your order. If emailed before shipment we will try our best to update order in time. Refer to the size charts to be sure you are picking your correct size.
